Arc Crucible

Arc crucibles are commonly used in two high temperature metal melting processes, electric arc melting and induction melting. In these processes, high temperatures from electric arcs or induction coils heat the metal above its melting point and melt it. Arc-shaped crucible vessels can be used to preserve molten metal for a certain period of time while adjusting the chemical composition and temperature by adding other materials such as alloying elements or minerals.

PRODUCT DETAIL

▼The curved crucible has the following characteristics

1. High temperature resistance: arc-shaped crucibles are usually made of high-temperature materials, such as quartz, ceramics or superalloys, which can withstand heat and thermal shocks in high-temperature environments to ensure their long-term stability.

2. Corrosion resistance: The arc-shaped crucible has excellent chemical stability, can withstand the erosion of many corrosive substances, and can work stably in various high-temperature chemical reactions.

3. Efficient smelting: The design of the arc-shaped bottom and high side wall of the arc-shaped crucible helps to concentrate heat and reduce mixing and oxidation, improving melting efficiency and product quality.

4. Adjustability: The arc-shaped crucible container can be used to preserve the molten metal for a certain period of time, while adjusting the chemical composition and temperature by adding other materials such as alloying elements or minerals.

5. Wide application: Arc crucibles can be used in two high-temperature metal melting processes, arc melting and induction melting, and can also be used in other high-temperature applications, such as high-temperature chemical reactions, vapor deposition, heat treatment and material preparation, etc.
